After much torturous consideration, I’ve decided to allow a couple social media platforms back into my life. Feel free to follow me on Bluesky and YouTube.
Bluesky allows me to share things that don’t deserve a full blog post. Think behind the scenes sneak peaks, sharing other artists work, and such. It’s more of me but with less marketing smoke and mirrors! (Follow before I’m cancelled!)
YouTube, on the other hand, will feature edited process videos of my work, set to music I’ve written. I’m also considering a regular series that’d benefit creatives. Videos will be around five minutes because you’ve got shit to do, I’ve got shit to do, and ain’t nobody got time for a 90 minute discourse on the lightfastness societal stigma of Viridian Green. (I wish!)
I’m not on YouTube to make money or beg for followers. So if you’re looking for authenticity, this is the channel for you!
These platforms each have their strengths that prevents me from blindly crossposting content. Follow the ones that sound interesting to you. But if you follow me everywhere (creep), I promise you won’t see the same dumb content on each platform, unless it’s huge news. I despise it when people do that!
